I tagged him in the report. He has an account on this website, maybe under a different email?

Tagging him in the report does not show that you were talking to him, and neither does having the same name.

There's nothing that comes up here with that email. You must of been talking to an imposter, someone who is pretending to be the user in order to scam.

Do you have any other proof that you were indeed dealing with the user you've opened a dispute against?
