What is the dispute about?
Was planning on buying a skullgirls account for 100. Sent the money the seller implied that he never received the money sent me a screenshot that he didn’t have it, yet i sent the money on friends and family that money never goes on pending and i have done many transactions before. He then tells me to “wait a sec” where he completely stops replying gave him all night to give me a reply or login and nothing. Time zone where he stays he had plenty of time to reply yet he didn’t. So at this point i either want my money back or to ban him.
