Brail paid for 2 accounts, when he said the accounts banned, I didn’t know what was the reason for it, and replaced him with 2 new accounts. You can’t say which account is dirty, all I can say is accounts work else there, but got 100% for him, it should be his problem, I’m sorry for his loss too, but it’s not my fault. And I suffered loss too, why do I have to compensate him?

The difference in these 2 cases is that jdj589 account was locked instantly, then banned shortly after, while Brail was banned 12 hrs later. I'm inclined to agree Brail was buying/selling gold on these accounts, as mentioned before, which lead to all the accounts being banned. As there's no way to prove whether the SOR accounts bought caused the bans or if it was Brail's actions that cause the bans, even though I hate changing my rulings, I'll remove the $50 and just keep the $18 refund.

I'm not reading any more posts. These 2 rulings are now final.

Hi Mike, thank you for taking care of this, still, don't be to rush to get a conclusion, we only talked about Brail’s problem, not for jdj589, if you just call it end this, still wouldn’t be fair, and this week’s hard work would be wasted.
Here are my final answer to your final questions.

The instantly lock of jdj589’s account doesn’t make it dirty, this may caused by the confliction of IP. In other words, if the account is dirty, he wouldn't be able to get it back by just a phone call. They would have told him the first time he made that call . Therefore, the account was with no problem.
After he used a few days, the account was banned, and we dont know what he done with the account and when he called them again, they asked for the copy of ID of original owner, this is what they do whenver u got an account ban and u want to unban it. Not just the unmerged account, all of them.

We still don't know what he have done when he used this account, and there are other questions about the gold in the account too. If jdj589 really think he deserver the compensation Mike claimed, then he should at least give a persuasive answer to my 5 questions in my previous thread. Then we can are close to a conclusion.

holding to a stupid decision when u dont even know the fact clearly doesn't make you a man keeps your word, but a man that refuse to admit your mistake.this is just the same as ur first decision for brail.

This is wrong, I purchased an unmerged and it was locked/banned a few hours later. I called in had it unlocked by customer support only to have it rebanned a week later, with the following email.

After a thorough investigation, we have found that the account listed above is associated to multiple World of Warcraft accounts that were closed for participating in exploitative activities.

1, is it true that he got 87k gold in it?(if he would know Mike would trust him so much, he would be regret not saying a even big amount) first off, I had another acc with gold on it. which is my main account. I decided i would put some gold on my SoR account and buy some new mounts and other cool stuff. so I put 100k on my SoR account and spent some, as you can see in my armory link i bought the Mechano Hog. which goes for about 12k in my server.
2. how can he get 87k gold in 3 days? I checked with my friend, if not bot or trade just farm, need about 5-7 days at least for professional player to get 90k gold, and to gain so much gold requires engage in raids and beat clothes. If he is a pro player, he is easily for him to gain, then no big loss, if he is not, where did the gold come from? Sent from main account, then it was locked into my account when the account was perma locked
3. why should I take responsibility for the ban? The accounts name doesn’t match with jdj589 is a common sense, this doesn’t make it dirty. If it is, he wouldn’t get it back the first time he tried to unban it. It does make it dirty, and it is your fault. Last time i checked, it wasn't against the rules to send some gold over from your main acc to your other account.
4. when the accounts ban, you came to me, for compensation, have u ever give me any bonus for you lvled and get good characters in the accounts, or even sell them at a much higher price than the price I sold to you? Once the payment done, and u successful merged it, I can’t hold any gain or loss for the accounts. This question makes no sense, get some better english then re ask this.
5. what’s the reason for ban, we have discussed this enough, many activities can result in a ban, which shouldn’t blame me for it. There was no ban for the ****ing 100th time, It was locked until i get the wow OO's ID, which u cant provide me.

I've been more than fair with Power8gold, I even offered him free advertising in the value of the refund amount to try to get this resolved and he did not accept. We're also not talking about a lot of money $18 and $59, but these 2 disputes have been going on for over a week now and there's still no resolution, not even on the $18 one.

The deadline was today, so Power8gold's account is now banned until these disputes are resolved.

PM me or a mod to reopen if they get resolved.
