I tried to buy a wuthering waves account, link: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/na-€20-ul3-jiyan-x-weapon-x-verina.2808475/
I paid the user with paypal fnf and I sent the user a screenshot with proof attatched to this thread.
However, the user claims that he needs to wait a day even though paypal fnf is instant and should show up on the seller's paypal balance sheet.
However, he still claims he wants to wait a day and when I complained about this, he started not talking to me and is now just threatening to hold my money.
He will not give me any refunds and I suspect he will just make a new account.
