What is the dispute about?
We were sales partners and he swindled me out of money and accounts and using his exgirlfriend for receiving the money
Other details / notes:
Since August aprox i bought him the first account he offered me to be his sale partner. He has 2 accounts in this platform, Cletsert and Pantufla and continues creating accounts using friends credentials.

The main payment of 223€ is missing but he sells the accounts with one loggin and after 45 days that Paypal give to the customer for a reclaim of that money he doesnt recover the account so he continues selling same account and i didnt knew that. So he recovered all accounts and as the customer asked for refund bevcause Cletsert didnt wait the 45 days i got a negative balance like shown
