Basically, bought the account yesterday, and somehow manage to recover the account today. The account was still used seeing how he was messaging player to gift him skins yesterday and seem he was not "quitting" at all. The email was changed and password, but managed to recover the account quickly I guess.

not involved but you should also report that account to riot for being sold/used to scam people so the account gets permabanned. youll save someone else from getting scammed by doing that.
