Got scammed by Penpen21 for 30$. He claimed his payment did not arrive yet and suggested we wait 1 day. The next day, he blocked me and i can no longer message him.

Other details / notes: has already scammed others with the same discord name gtTrader#4610
He also seems to change his paypal account alot
