What is the dispute about?

Seller was selling an identity v account for 90 dollars, and we constantly communicated through discord. I had posted a thread like this , and the user contacted me.
I had payed one day 2/11/2021 and today payed the rest of the amount i needed to. Links of what was said and done will be linked below. Seller automatically
blocked me after i sent the last payment.
