Scammed by yoyoyo1

I paid for credits and I only received 1/4 of what I paid for. I was told it would happen over a couple days. I opened a charge back in PayPal, however, after talking with yoyoyo1 he explained that he had some issues come up and would get back to providing the service. He never did. I have reached out via pm multiple times with no response. He only responded when I opened the charge back to give me a sob story. I then closed the charge back - trusting once again. He has not responded since. He is a scammer, don't use him and do not trust him. He needs to be banned.

Once you closed your dispute you gave him the money for good.

As far as the money goes, yeah it sucks. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
