What is the dispute about?
Contacted the seller about the account and we made an agreement to settle for 200$. I offered to use a MM and pay for it but the seller said he/she had conflicts with MM and was scammed before.
After finding a way to come to an agreement and forego a MM, We decided that the seller would let me log into the email for the game account and I would go ahead and pay half the price. Afterwards he/she would then send me the accounts login information and I can log in to take a look of the accounts gear/items/information.
the seller recieved the payment for the half and proceeded to give me the account information. Unfortunately with BDO you have to log into the client before being able to download the game. I asked the he/she could wait 40~mins to finish the download, so that I may look at its content and confirm that the account is truly what its advertised. Then afterwards I told the seller they can send another payment request if everything turns out fine.
Not even 5 mins into waiting the seller proceeds to delete their discord messages and block me on discord. As well as deleting the orignal sales thread for the account.
After letting the game download, I log in to find that it is the account being advertised EXCEPT the gear is completely broken and not what it was described as... The sales thread also mentioned that there would be 10bil liquid silver laying around kama/valencia but to no ones surprisde that actually doesn't exist.
TLDR: baught an account from seller of which its contents wasn't as described in the original sales thread.
