scammed by @WyVernn for youtube channel with mm through trade guardian

I used trade guardian to buy this youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD1x9N3boBGrSMvBiChKMDQ from @WyVernn .
Within 1 week the channel was taken back from me after paying with bitcoin.
