What is the dispute about? User received his 350 USDC, and ghosted me. All transaction has been confirmed. This was our second trade and he decided to vanish. After i sent it to him, he transferred it out to his main account.

Other details / notes: He was good at first, with the first transition action for 250, then the second transaction he disappeared. all i am asking is a refund, or send me the 350 paypal as discussed.
