Evidence is overwhelming considering the blockchain acts as a ledger and each transaction is immutable once confirmed and data cannot be manipulated, you can see this is the same discord account that he sent from his account on epicnpc, I can also verify via video or stream.

Considering he sent the funds to crypto.com it´s easy to track his identity, with that said I have filed a report with the police action fraud team of the UK.
As such Epicnpc.com (MMOBay LLC.) has been notified and tampering with evidence or deleting data on the user account is illegal within your state of business in New Jersey, USA.
