Other information: I've been ghosted for the past several days after being promised the item in question. As of right now, Banjee has not responded to any of my messages. During the payment process, he had claimed his PayPal was limited, and so he couldn't continue the transaction. After I sent the payment, he blocked me on Discord and did not give me the item code I paid for.

What is the dispute about?
On June 11th, I made a deal with the buyer (Iris Critescu, or Banjee#6321 on Discord). In exchange for $60 (57.04 Euros), I would receive an video game code. Banjee#6321 Continuously delayed the process, and after I sent the money, did not send the code I paid for. When asked for a response, over the course of multiple days, I received nothing. I've been blocked, or removed from contact from Banjee#6321, who has taken my money and not provided me with the product in return. Attached are screenshots with proof of the interaction.
Other details / notes: I have yet to receive a refund from Banjee.
