He ask me in PM to trade. I gave him my skype.
Chat in skype
MM was not used i see he has 7 positive transactions and send him a key first, he not payed for it.
I didn't trade with him before. I have 2 transactions on epicnpc before.
Have a video how i'm sending him a key and how he activate it.( will give it by pm to admin\moderator)

Googling his Skype username (smoker_bastanu) he's been accused on multiple other sites for scamming also, but never banned for some reason.

Tuxxx has been notified. Proof already provided so ban in 24 hrs if this is not resolved or if there is no reply.
