What is the dispute about?
thugspeedman messaged me claiming they had several housing plots in FFXIV. He asked for 350$ but I was reluctant because he had very little feedback and didn't want to use trade guardian. (He claimed there was an increased risk of ban using a 3rd party.) I was shown a BTC trading profile that I assume isn't his, as well as given the name of the "alt" that had the FC. (It's not an alt, it's an active character with almost all classes maxed.)
I asked him how the transaction would look given FFXIV had just updated how FC ownership transfer worked and he offered that I pay 230$ up front and the remaining 120$ after the transfer was completed.
I sent him 230$ and was told it was "on hold" for 24 hours. I then asked if I could just be added to the FC for peace of mind and was ignored and told "I'll just give you an account tomorrow."
I have been ignored since. I have already contacted my CC company to have the charges reversed.
