What is the dispute about?
He reclaimed access to the gmail account that was supposively secured by the middleman... He then self locked the account through one of the password reset emails (saying it wasn't him who changed the password). He then sent proof of ownership to Steam and now has full control over the steam account again.

I reached out to him several times, but he never replied.
