Scammed by Teralover123, did not receive item after making payment.

This user is a scammer.
He promised to send me starfall gear for archer on TERA Highwatch server, after I sent him the payment through PayPal. Immediately after I sent him the payment he signed off Skype and has been offline since (probably has me blocked)

He has blocked me and has changed his Skype name. I made my friend add him on Skype to check if he blocked me.

After realising I was scammed I needed to get my money back so I went on PayPal and opened a dispute. Unfortunately, the scammer made me send him money through 'friends and family' however I was still able to file a dispute, but the chances of getting my money back are not guaranteed.

my concern here is we do not know that is him. he lists multiple skypes. Savior.tower and teragoldsell and he is not from albania. he is from alanta georgia in the united states, and you sent payment to a yandex non us paypal. that users display name is savior tower and that does not match the thread and niether does the actual skype.

In my opinion they are both him as the other listed Skype also has Albania listed as location as you can see here

That Paypal account is probably a burner account as well as that email address.

but thats still not the right skype. teragoldsell is the actual skype name not display name, you are addiing orikuno999


And that paypal is verified. that is not a typical burner account as you need credentials from the country it is registered under.

Montenegro is near Albania. Also if that was not him, why would he put that name in his thread? Also why does he have two accounts registered

Update:
He unblocked me after he said he received an email saying he was a scammer and tried to lie saying someone else was using his account. Only until I said I have the IP address and they're the same user he confessed.

He admits that this is his "first" time scamming someone, but the fact that there are two Skype accounts he owns + two forum accounts suggests otherwise.

Teralover even though you made good on what you did, you purposely tried to scam people with new skypes and cannot be trusted. There is nothing to protect our users from you doing that again. You have been banned
