What is the dispute about?
Contacted seller and agreed on the price of $800.00. Agreed to send half of the payment first and then send the other half afterwards. Sent the $400.00 through Facebook Messenger (MetaPay) and requested the seller to provide the account information through epicnpc. However, the seller went quiet not too long after. In fact he either removed me from his friend lists or deleted his facebook account in attempt to cover up his traces (which I believe is the latter). Seller also claims to provide information within "one sec" and has not respond after 30+ minutes.
Other details / notes:
Seller attempted to get the first half of payment through cashapp, but it kept on declining due to "potential scam" message (which I should have listened to). If you check our messages on epicnpc, for a while I couldn't send him the $400 through cashapp. So we resulted in dealing with facebook messenger and metapay. His twitch:
