Scammed by Swagvault.com - Received a used cd-key... Help!

Hey there,

So I bought a Europe Reg cd-key from them and yea... received a USED one.
I tried to talk to them for over 14 hours, all I received is bull**** excuses and lines such as:

Karry: sorry, sir, i send the wrong inf,
Karry: sorry, i make a mistake,
Karry: i send the wrong information, sorry
Karry: plz forgive our our working mistake and support, thank you, don't be worry,
Karry: plz go to [email protected] (This is not even my email and I never mentioned it)

I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get my money back or cd-key?
Im pretty sure paypal won't do much since they're a big company...

Can I call blizzard and tell them I bought a cd-key off internet and that it was already used, or something like that?

Just file a dispute on Paypal and you will get ur money back most likely

**** this website, paypal just closed the dispute and I didn't even received any email.
I guess paypal likes to receive money from swagvault so they protect them

Your not the only one, swagvault sold me HACKED isk to eve online and got my account banned for 2 weeks, i was lucky it just was that but they refused to compensate me my 80 something dollars.

I did a creditcard chargeback through the bank since it clearly said in my wallet ingame "refunding Hacked isk" by gm bla bla something, and paypal sided in their favor because swagvault said they had delivered it, but yea they had delivered it but it was stolen currency from another man's eve online account ,lol.

I never let scammers run away.

In their somewhat ****ty defence i have been shopping with swagvault on and off since 2008, but lately their service has just been ****ty and their last deal with me , they sold me stolen currency as i allready posted about.

I'm definitely sorry to hear about that y'all. I would trying calling scampal instead of emailing them to see what they say

Paypal wont help with the issue at all since swagvault have had their account with them for more years than i have been a paypal user and they leave quite alot of money with paypal.

But what i did was issue a creditcard chargeback, i simply went to my bank and told them the story and told them that they sold me stolen goods and showed them a screenshot of my wallet i printed out ingame, yes i actually did take a screenshot of my ingame wallet down to my bank to show them that a GM had reversed a sum of money i recieved.
