Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
Me and a few friends are coming back to wow on US-servers, and i browsed around and left a message on surferboy221's thread, contacted him via Skype, he also told me he have a DK for sale as well, so i decided to buy it for my friend as well.
First payment he refunded me, cos his paypal cannot draw any money out, and so he wanted me to send money to his other paypal account. I sent him total of $900 USD family and friends.
He told me his brother got all the information, and he couldnt reach him at that time. So he asked me to wait.
Next morning, he told me his brother sold both of these accounts. Surferboy221 told me he will refund me 900 asap, i told him either he can give me his brother's rogue or refund me.
Up until now, There no reply from Surferboy221 and no refund as well.
TLDR; paid for 2 wow accts, 1 pally, 1 DK total of $900 USD thru paypal. Never got any account information from Surferboy221, and no refund
