After searching the profile he provided, I realized the actual account holder used a different discord in the depths of their purchase history (It took me a while to find it and verify)
When he was "getting the account ready", he just went ahead and ghosted.
Is there any surefire way to get my money back from paypal? Paying through FNF is a dumb norm on this website that I will refuse to follow from now on. I don't care if I have to pay extra, if it helps prevents scumbags like these from showing up.
Edit: Same goes for using discord, I hope that using discord on the site will be publicly frowned upon, seeing the sheer amount of scams in these threads. I had no idea how bad it was until I looked in here.
