What is the dispute about?
Brought this guy star rail account which apparently have 6x 5 stars, after the payment, account only delivered with a single Bailu lmfao. The original post is deleted. The scammer also refused to accept PayPal Goods and Service and only accept Friends and Family and Crypto (red flags).
