I purchased an "RLCS season 2 Contender" account from the seller "Levell."
Everything was working fine, we went through middle man, he got the payment, and I got the account. No issues for both of us. A few months went by and I tried logging back into the account, but I noticed that I wasn't able to log in. I double checked the credentials I was given by the middle man, however, no matter what I did it did not log me in. Steam said I had the incorrect login information.

So now jumping to the present, I decided to try logging in again, but I had the same issues, but this time I did some research. I went on this website to try and find the old listing, and I found it (the post was made August 4th, 2019) and I commented on the forum September 3, 2019). But as I was looking through the accounts for sale I noticed something unusual. The seller which I had bought my account from was selling an account with "RLCS Season 2 Contender" title, and this post was made just last month on February 16, 2020. So with all of these things starting to add up to my suspicion of him changing the login information, I remembered that I had a conversation with him on discord before I bought the account. So when I went to send him a messaage on discord I saw that he had blocked me so I was unable to send him any messaged to ask him why I was not able to login. With all of this in mind, it was obvious to me that at this point he was scamming me to try and sell the account for a SECOND time.

What is the dispute about? Seller still had access to account and changed login information so I no longer had access, and is trying to sell the account again.

I have proof of the purchase I made on paypal, as well as screenshots of the conversation we had on discord. I will attach those.
I hope I can get my money back because at this point I don't trust even having the account because he might be able to take it again.

I've sold multiple accounts on the website and never got any problems. The 2nd post about an "RLCS S2 Account" is a complete different account from the one you got so please stop making false accusation. Let me see what I can do.

And for the discord part I just simply changed my Direct Messages informations to "Members from same servers only" So i don't get alot of messages. I didn't block you. Like I said let me see if there is something I can do about it.

It is very suspicious that at the same time that I am unable to access my account, you start to sell another "Season 2 contender account." It is very hard to believe that 5 months later you choose to sell an account. Why wait 5 months if you had another account? It just does not add up. Anyways, I am still waiting for this to get resolved.

RLCS accounts are hard to find at a good price and earn profits from the sales. I sold you mine for 250. I sold the other for 700$ due to it being more loaded on titles/dlc/items. I've sold accounts in 2018 and never pulled them back and some of them are worth over 1k. I don't need to scam 250$ I would've done that 2 years ago with my fortnite accounts I sold on here lmao. Like I said i'm gonna ask arround and the steam support to see what happened. Right now please stop making accusation when you have no proof

I would also like to see your recents steam emails aswell. Because you said that the problem appeared "January 1st 2020" But you decide to make the claim "April 1st 2020" Why would you wait 4 months to make a claim.

The problem started 4 months ago, but I did not have time to follow up with the claim because I was busy with school. Also I had a difficult time trying to contact this websites support. I emailed steam months ago, but since I didnt have access to the account's email they would not help me reset the password.

I am not making accusations without proof! I am posting this because you are clearly doing something suspicious. Now, as I looked through some emails, I found even more proof pointing towards you trying to take the account back. So like I said above, I tried getting into the account in January 2019, but I found an email which was sent to me from steam on February 10, 2020 saying that a "Self Lock Requested" on the account. How is that possible if the last time I attempted to logged into the account was 4 months ago? It is also suspicious and adds up because 5 days later on February 15, 2020 you posted on this website another "RLCS Season 2 Contender" account for sale.

I would like to see what you have to say to this!

I already sent a screenshot of an email I recieved, but I am unable to access those support messages because they expire after 30 days. I have the emails saying that I contacted support and I will send you that.

There is no coversations/proof or even a amail on the screenshot you provided. You should have a copy of the steam support messages somewhere. You said the account was self locked in February but the screenshot you are showing me from the steam support is from December and you decide to make the claim only in April. Why would you wait 5+ months to make the claim? Please provide some more proof. Like I said I've been selling on this website for a long time and never had any issues with any of my buyers. So please provide what I ask for. I won't take any actions until then.

Listen like I said before, whatever email history I was able to show you, I sent screenshots. As you can see above the email was from december 2019. But the account was self locked NOT BY ME, but most likely you because only 5 days later you listed another RLCS Season 2 account for sale! I've provided lots of information and payment reciepts, as well as email screenshots. Steam gets rid of support tickets after 60 days there is nothing I can do about that!
You however, have not provided any proof or any screeenshots that you contacted steam support trying to recover the account back. I dont really understand what else I can do to show you. It is pretty obvious to me that something out of the ordinary is goin on. There was no way for me to recover the account 4 months ago because the support would not help me out because I did not have access to the email associated with the account, which you still have access too. I saw that it is still linked to your email, or whoever you sold it too because when I tried sending a code the email did not match mine, and when I tried phone recovery, it had a number that ended in "33" which none of my phone numbers end in.
I tried going through support again today and sent them a message. They will most likely not help me again because I don't have access to your email!!!

I didn't provide screenshots of me contacting the steam support because i told you i won't take any actions until you provide valid proof of the claims you are maiking. I don't have nothing to hide. Since you are so sure I sold the account we can simply ask @Angel to ask the seller what the Login ID of the account I sold were.

This is ridiculous! I have given everything I could have possibly given to you and yet you are not trying to help either. What is the website you use for your emails? What letter does your email start with? I just need to verify if the email that I am looking at on the account is the same that you have.

Here is the email I just got from steam support regarding the account. I provided my email, but since it is linked with another email address they will not help me until I provide that email address which is linked to the account.

I just got another email from steam support, and like I said before, they will not help me with the process until I provide the original email which I do not have. Please provide me with the original email so I can give it to support. @Angel , at this point, if @Levell refuses to cooperate, then it will be obvious that he is scamming. I have provided @Levell with more than enough proof including email confirmation, payment receipts, and support emails from steam.

This is ridiculous. I want my account back...He most likely sold the account for a much higher price than what he sold it to me for, so now he is making double the money for selling it twice. @Levell if you don't reply with any proof showing you have attempted to recover my account within the next 24 hours I will proceed with legal action. I have given more than enough proof for everything that you have asked for. Stop delaying. You have 24 hours.
