Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: We first did the transaction over skype, he told me he would give me the account. He made me admin of the FB page but then didnt remove himself and removed me a week later. So now he has the money and the facebook account. I believe he has done this a few times as someone yesterday posted on the forum page he made.
