DISPUTE Information
######################
What is the dispute about? Scammed for cs:go items.
Link of transaction thread: http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/594293-Flip-Knife-Stained-BS-60-(85-market-price)
Approximate value of property: $75.00 USD
Was a middleman used?
If yes, who? No.
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
So someone contacted me on steam named Chuck. His profile had very minor usage, so it was very sketchy. He claims to wanting to purchase my knife. However I asked him where he had found me and link me to here, "http://www.epicnpc.com/members/191270-Red". Of course anyone could say that, so I asked him for evidence. He told me he would PM me from his epic npc account, which he did. Later in chat, he claims his internet is having problems and he will be doing this with his friend and through his phone. Of course I offered to go first because he had over 70 feedback, and I had little to none. So rather than steam trading him the items, I offered them to him (my 5 items for his 0), but then he said he could not accept them on his phone, so I had to offer them to his friend (green arrow). After the offer had been completed, he took my items, and told me "I sent the payment". I refreshed my paypal over and over, and before in the past it did not show up for me, til about 5 minutes later. So I messaged him saying, "I will tell you when I receive the payment". He replied sure, and deleted me as friend. Green Arrow his friend, also, deleted me as a friend.
Other details / notes: Please help me in this dilemma. I was in desperate need of that money to survive in college. I don't want to get really personal, but that money was supposed to go to a lot. He claimed to be having internet problems, and that was the reason he was on his phone, but taking my items then deleting me before I approved to receive this payment is not "internet problems". Now I'm stuck here filling out all this stuff running around trying to get my money, or AT LEAST my items back rather than studying for my midterm. EpicNpc, PLEASE help me in this situation.
