Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Seller sold me an account on June 16 (in the post, he mentioned he was the original owner) and the account was locked last night by Riot. I assumed something fishy was going on cause I couldn't have been banned for doing anything in-game as I only played 2 games in the past week but the email was still under mine so I changed the password and email and sent Riot a ticket inquiring as to why I was perm banned since they didn't notify me with the reason. I woke up this morning and tried to log on again, but this time the password AND email were changed. The email was reverted back to the sellers' email and when I went to contact him on skype, I saw that he had deleted me.
