Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: saw his post saw it was a great deal contacted him and we went on to deal i paid first at as i saw he had some positive feedback as i paid went on to claim he just couldn't log in even after i changed all the passwords to my email and account to the same thing then proceeded to tell me he would be able to do it 1-3 due to him being at his dads its been 3 plus days and nothing not even a answer from the guy so i just decided to open a dispute here and on paypal
