Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Tried to sell my oldschool runescape account, price was set, buyer didn't want to get scammed, I decided to go first on good merit, gave the login info and he proceed to tell me the money on paypal was sent, took about 5 mins before i locked the account and he deleted me on skype and blocked me. Have not heard from since.
