What was scammed?: my original acct was a lvl 85 druid, the one i traded for was a lvl 85 hunter

Approximate value of scammed property: askkuz gave me a price of around 430 for my druid plus xfer of 25

Describe how you were scammed: I traded OHAITHAR my druid for his hunter, everything went fine during the trade. I noticed a couple days later he was trading the druid again. I asked him if anything was wrong with it and he said no he just wasnt happy. I saw he traded with HKRAN123 so i contacted him on aim just being friendly at first, HKRAN123 ignored me and wouldnt talk to me again. I didnt pay it no mind, people can be wierd. I was at work on the 31st when my RL friend asked me why i ignored her in game. I said i wasnt playing i was at work. She said i was logged in right now, and she sent my toon an ingame wisper and she got ignored. I made a new account and logged into the game to have a conversation with a kid who said that it was his hunter an it was "hacked" by someone three weeks previously. I tried contacting OHAITHAR and HKRAN123 and neither replied. I left the message on HKRAN123's thread where he was trying to trade my druid to warn other traders so they do not get ripped off.
Other details / notes: I did not just recall my account instantly and screw other people, i would like this fixed and have the hunter i wanted to begin with. If not give me back my druid so we do not need to start a chain recall.

if the kid i talked to in game is correct then OHAITHAR lied, the kid claims he is the oo and it was stolen from him, i personally do not believe him, he was fishy and tried juvenile lies alot. OHAITHAR has not responded to anything on aim. but he is on and off of it. I am also concerned about where Alustiel says he will just lay low for a month and come back to do whatever he wants.

Alustiel can you post the chat logs of the trade with OHAITHAR. You traded him a Pally you say you have absolutely no way of recalling. I would like to see this conversation.

You traded OHAITHAR a Pally you say you have absolutely no way of recalling and are actively trying to trade the druid which is involved in this scam thread. All I am asking you at this point is to see the chat logs between you and OHAITHAR. I find it hard to believe you told OHAITHAR you are offering ZERO protection if something were to happen to the pally and he agreed.

If you recall the Pally and give back StangSan50 the druid, everyone gets what they originally had and this can be resolved. If you cannot recall the pally yourself and the person that sold it or traded to you can't either, this Pally should have never been traded/sold to begin with.
