Scammed by Ningen67 bleach brave souls account

I was scammed by the user Ningen67 which i believe is now banned and had a previous accound named darkness67 which was his previous account and banned as well. We agreed on paypal and i sent the money right away. he kept giving me the excuse he couldnt log into his paypal account. He then accused me of not paying him yet and needed a screenshot. He then realized i opened a dispute with paypal because of how the transaction was making me feel and looked bad but the money was taken out of my account already. The case on paypal didnt accept my claim because it wasnt unauthorized. i requested payment back from him but of course i have not heard anything from him. lost 140 getting scammed.
