What is the dispute about? Gives me Random starter bad account instead of a god one

Messatsu told me he had a starter account for the game One Piece Treasure Cruise with "Lucy,Ace,BoaV2,Magellan,Kizaru,LucciV2 (+qck barto, both boa sister, anniversary ulrouge)" for 30 $.

I went first on paypal, and he gave me the id for a crap starter account instead. ID:971393582.
When I told him he gave me crap account, he said that I was the one trying to scam him. I confronted him with a video where we can see the character on his account + the account id. He still denies.
Also, he never wanted to show me any screenshot of his account.

Messatsu,

1) you scream fake video, but i took it using an app, 'DU recorder" that you can see at the end of the video. I am not as good as to make such a perfect video montage, honestly.
2) you never showed me a screenshot of the account, so I highly doubt you had such an account to begin with. I think I shouldn't have trusted you
3) you indeed stated that you wanted to go with a mm. but I didn't want because of the 10$ for an only 30$ account. If it was 300$ it would have been different. But that doesn't mean that you can scam me behind
4) I am honest and 30$ means not so much to me. I just wanted to spend my holiday playing a fun game, and I would have gladly spend 30$ for this. Instead I have to file a claim

It's about letting people know you are a big scammer. karma will do the rest.

Man can't you see that you are just a big mouth right now? I am the only one putting some proofs on the table. The only thing you do is talking, typical of french people. Please provide screenshot of the account with all the said characters and I will start believing you. If you can't there is a high probability that you never had it to begin with = I should have never trusted you.

Everytime I bring new proofs of your scam (first screenshots then video), you have something to say. You are really of bad faith.

If you have one proof, plz show it. I see nothing except your cuted video (Yes your video if proof, you're right, is proof you're tryng to have your money back when u already get ur item.

But now you realize you cant have your money back because epic npc dont give any money back. So you will probably stop waste your time

The mods did a great job, it's just sad that even till the end you didn't admit your scam. Create a new account and go on with your scams, but karma will assuredly catch you one day.
