yes that payment page is good, its fine to remove your address.

We do not take action on random scam accusations, if that person took time to report it like you did, you probably would not be in this mess.

His skype name on all links, all links above are related to a scam or banned accounts on other websites, all with this guys skype id, all I did was type his skype name in google and all this came up.

He has been banned for ignoring this and being banned on other sites.

You will have to recall your money via paypal and hope for best.

Next time please do that google search prior to reaching a deal
