This was my mistake, and I'm not complaining, but I just wanted to let you guys know, that I was scammed by a guy on Skype: live: mick.lorincz, he was "selling" IG account, and we used MiddleMan, I thought it was middle man, I never used it before.
It was only 65 euros, so not a big deal. PayPal address was: [email protected] and name: You sent 65,00 EUR to Cem Sidney
He had a partner or maybe it's just him. This is the email I received from Middleman:

But still he made a new account probably...
