What is the dispute about?
I saw hid advert on epicnpc and contacted him using his discord name.On discord I gave the link above and asked if accepted bitcoin(Paypal is not available in my country).I helped him create a personal bitcoin wallet and send him 65$ worth of bitcoins.After that he sent me the login details for the epic npc account.What I was not aware of is that outlook accounts can take 30 days to change details.He helped me change the contact number on the outlook account but after 1-2 days he changed the password of the account and cancelled the change in the phone number.After that I have been trying to contact him but to no avail.
Other details / notes:
1.I checked the forums and a previous scammer alert threat had been posted against him but as there was no proof it was denied and stopped.

2.As you saw above after making the deal with me the name and details of the epicnpc thread where he sold me the account have beeen changed.
here is the link when i typed it on my discord on June 15,it had a different name and details.When you click on it it takes you to the same thread but with a new name and details.Even the review i left him on the first day is still there.
3.At first when he changed the password of the account I tried to play a little smart and asked if something was wrong with the servers.He replied that it was happening on his other accounts as well.I knew it was a lie because I was using a different account on the server and it was working completely fine.
