Scammed by jonseller2015 (impersonator)

He scammed me out of 2 amazon gift cards and shortly afterwards blocked me. He did not give me the league of legends account that we made a deal on.

No problem. A good way to avoid impersonators in the future is to always message the user on here to make them prove their identity.

I'm really sorry about what happened.
As Adoxia said, you should check the profile of the guy you are talking to before doing any business. Moreover, all my activity is displayed on my profile, I'm not interested in Amazon Cards or League accs. This is the third time I've been told that guy tries to scam using that discord. Mine is jonseller#0091. Is there anything I can do to report him on discord?

IP banning is not efficient. There are many ways around IP bans most people have a dynamic IP which will change after a period of time anyways.

Unfortunately there really isn't much that can be done. Its just up to people paying attention and verifying who they are speaking to on here.
