Other information:
Product was a Cod Mobile Account. He blocked me on the discord shortly after the scam.
His discord that was posted in transaction thread : DDGSKT#7567 BUT he writed to me that he changed the account to Jaga#5718 which will be on the proof.
Method of payment was G2A 25$ codes, as he propose in the message https://www.g2a.com/wtfskins-code-25-usd-i10000083912003

What is the dispute about?
After the money was sent and he confirmed receiving it. He didn’t send me account, and wanted to scam me for more money saying that someone will give him more money, so I need to send him more money, I denied, so he blocked me.

So starting from the beggining. I wanted to buy this account which is linked above in thread, I posted a comment in this thread that - please contact me I wanna buy this account. Also I had writed to him PM also attached, that I wanna buy this account, and I contacted him at discord KEY AND THE CLUE IS HERE - he didn’t added me on his main account DDGSKT#7567 which was inactiv at least 1 or 2 days before because he didn’t added me or replayed. He writed to me that he changed discord to Jaga#5718. Here he wanted have a deal so we completed the deal with 50$, 2x25$ on G2A codes, he sended me auction to buy, kinda weird code WTFSkins https://www.g2a.com/wtfskins-code-25-usd-i10000083912003, I also wrote scam alert to G2A to them maybe they will help me with refound, block his account, or helping me find him, Im planning to write dispute also to the FTW Skins, because he used these codes here, and now the auction is temporary unavailable, so something wrong happen here, I hope somoene will hel- me find him. Everything is in the attached files provided with my comments. He is a big liar because he sended me his Legit Check and opinions about him thats why I trusted him. After he gets codes he said Sorry someone proposed me 65$ so one more code an I will give you account, or he said he will give me refound 65$(BIG LIE JUST TO CLEAN HIMSELF) THAT SOMEONE WILL TRUST OF THE SCREENS THAT HE DIDNT DO SOMETHING WRONG AND REFOUND -NO REFOUND GIVEN AND BLOCKED ME. Of course this time I didnt trusted and I said I want refound, immediately after I ended him email to Paypal to refound he blocked me, and that’s the end of the history, now i’m writing dispute.

Jaga is the known scammer here. It seems that he is monitoring forums and adding people who expose their discards in public.

I am sorry but this is not relevant evidence that you are scammed by @CookieMonstaDF. He was not online from Tuesday so he probably was unable to respond.

In the future please contact members via PM only so this will unable scammers to reach you before real sellers do.

Sadly no, we did not found anyone with that discord name. It's possible that he never made the account here or he was banned under some other name.

Thanks, now I will know and I will be more suspicious about anyone selling something, that was 100% my fault this time, because I saw a great offer for account that I wanted so much, so I wasn’t thinking just wanted to buy it ASAP, also the price was good. I hope he will not scam everyone else, because he is taking someone’s public discord and PM them, very easy to trick a lot of people.

Also remember that he can made few account to scam people and saying that this is seller new Discord account because of something, a.k.a ”Hi, im seller this is my new Discord account / here pasting offer link”. We just always need to have a proof DM from seller account on this forum, if he don’t want to do this, he’s a scammer.

The good information is that his Discord is kinda the same always the ID #5718 in my case nick was Jaga in yours it was Sss1010, so everyone can regonize him by this unique numbers

He's just contacted me in discord as Sss1010#5718 and tried to buy my skins promising to send money first via paypal as "f&f". Thanks to this thread I've figured out he's the one who scammed me before. Then he was using the same steam acc and made another guy pay for my skins, promising him some game account. Eventually he scammed the guy and made me deal with paypal chargeback. He also asked many legit sellers to post his fake adds promising some % from deal and dragged them in debt before scammed buyers.

His probable real name is A. Riyanto derived from paypal ***[email protected] . He used these requisites when contacted me first time half year ago. It was a smooth small deal for 6 euro, suppousedly baiting, to gain my trust for further $110 scam. I don't affirm it was actually him, but I doubt he would involve someone else for such a small matter.

This guy usually offers too good conditions to be true.
Take precautions if you doubt whether your customer is a scammer or not.
1) Always check his discord name in epicnpc database. Since he tries to scam many ppl at once, he will probably comes up somewhere with the same id.
2) Ask him to pm you on epicnpc, 100% he will refuse or impersonate another seller providing you with his profile link. In this case, don't be lazy and just pm this seller. Also explain to the seller that you've written to him only through epicnpc pm (not discord or skype). At least you will be able to rely on compensation from this seller if he confirms your deal, but happens to be a unintentional accomplice of the scammer.
3) If you really wanna have a deal with a suspicious client, besides asking to send money first via PayPal "friends/family" mode, ask him to write in paypal's transaction description what he's paying for. If this field is left blank or doesn't match with your subject, write to the email that has just sent you the money, asking to confirm the subject. You can also apply the following Safe Trading Rules as additional precautions against further chargebacks.
4) Of course, the scammer will be very impatient and force you to rush with your part of deal. But take your time and clarify all circumstances even if he starts accusing you of cheating on him. Better safe than sorry!

Hey guys sss1010 he just scammed me, i didnt know this thread existed i just filed a report for IC3 rhe internet federal institution. and wrote the whole report probably he will get caught, just file your reports as well perhaps we can catch him faster.
