Jacksolo/supplymmobros and I agreed that I would sell 130 billion EVE Online isk to him for $988 USD which he would pay via paypal. After a day he states that he can't pay that much in paypal because he's not verified, so he agreed to pay via Western Union - which should have been paid yesterday. No payment received. He has since not replied to me on skype or via contact box on his website.
