The person above has not answered me for two weeks and the only time she replied to me was after reviewing her profile on epicnpc with a 1 star review for scam.
She kept insisting that the payment was blocked, I paid PayPal FF, I called PayPal and they confirmed that she has received the payment and she has not responded since then.
