about a youtube account The Deal was made pretty straightforward he was selling his 117k Subs channel but honestly it was not. He sold that account already to some one and was selling another of his approx 19k subs channel to me for 25$ https://www.youtube.com/user/CCGAnubys/ As we had a good mail conversation for while he offer me 80$ for 2 account but one with 19k subs channel and other with 100k ( youTube.com/bayanidood ). than i agreed and ask for payment transfer detail then he send me his paypal details ( or paypal email ) to transfer the amount. buti forget to ask him to add my name is the about us page of youTube.com/bayanidood or 100k subs channel so i can verify the account So i mailed him. But there was not any reply for next couples of hours and after he rply me " I'm sorry I sold that one earlier today. I only have the 18k one available. I'll give it to you for $25 since u were expecting the other one too. sorry for that" So for this i was little upset but he give me his word that "he is buying one soon that has 185k so he can sell me that one cheap to me when I get it if you buy this one from me." SO i thought he was nice to me so i reconfirm his paypal mail so i can send 25$ to it. After the transfer was successful i have send him Transaction ID ( 91252212S5392873E ) but there was not any reply for next 2 -4 hours so i replied " what happen brother,,? " then he replied " I'll check out my PayPal when I get home sorry I'm at work. I get out at 12. " But there was not any reply from him for next 6 hours i i reply him twice saying " brother you where sending info at 12. What happen? "So he replied " Sorry I fell asleep. What email do u want me to send the info to?" so i replied send me on same mail. than after some time he replied me " The payment didn't go trough. Would u mind sending it again? I haven't gotten anything." So i replied : " No i have send it...!! Also paypal has Verified that you have received payment Also paypal transfer receipt is attached " but he replied " Are you from another country? It usually takes a while to send because they need to prove you have enough money on your bank. If it takes more than 12 hours the transaction gets canceled and you have to resend. Would u mind sending a smaller amount just to test? Like $5 USD? If I receive it I'll let u know and then we can go trough with the other one." At this point i thought there is something more suspicious is going on (or not ) is going in seller mind ( in short i was confuse ) so for safety purpose I have send a not or message from paypal to seller ( paypal has a script that allows buyer to sell message directly to seller to make a purchase safely ) saying plz send the account details. And he replied ( in paypal ) "Hello, your order has been shipped to you, and has arrived. Any problems let me know." So i as were is the details and he replied " The order was sent to you man! You bought it as a product. Which means I shipped it to you. It was shipped to my address and you'll get a box with all the info and everything" than i said " you Need To mail It Bro as You said earlier..!! Its A digital Product so You need To send me Digitally or online it not a physical handed or B2B produc" then he replied : " Alright well close the dispute and I'll send it to you. There's no need to ruin my Paypal credit for this." than i requested to send Details On paypal..!! And he replied me the details but the fake one. So i said the password is wrong than there was unaccepted reply from seller: " The password is right. You just wanna scam me." So i said " Brother Why i Should i scam You. I have send You Money. If I have to scam you Why i have send it for..!!" but there was not any reply or any response. So i have reply on his selling epicnpc page ( https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1017999-Selling-youtube-channel-117k-subs ) Please ban This User He is scammer I have send The Money And he has send me fake Information i Have attach the proof. and he reply me "You sent the money, and then immediately reclaimed it to Paypal. I never got it, which is why I never sent the information. You just want to keep my account without paying."Ok but he admit on thing that he had provided me fake account details by saying "which is why I never sent the information".


So i request Admin plz take serious action by solving this case. thank you

I already talked to PayPal about this and they are resolving the issue. I have sold other accounts on here in the past. I'm not trying to scam anyone. You however, are a 13 year old kid with too much time on their hands. You sent me the money, then immediately took it back. I was at work, and when I got home I saw my account was negative -25. I've never had this problem with anyone. If you're gonna go trough with the sale, then keep your word. You can't do this. This isn't what it was agreed on. I was gonna lose my account and lose money. You were trying to scam ME.

There's proof I provided what he asked of. However since he took the money back, I took the account back which is why he's doing this now. He wants to keep both the money and the account. I worked things out with Paypal and I'm awaiting a response.

First Of all Mr. inputable16 ( [Removed] ) I'm Not a 13 year Old Kid ( like you ) I'm running ( and own )a very successful company over my place. And If your talking about time then you should remember that you took more than 8 -10 hours to send the ( fake ) details. And before that when i send the 25$ you told me to send additional 5 $ so that you can conform ( for what so reasons ) which i have not did because paypal has already verified that you have received the payment. So for safety purpose i have send message from paypal so it can track under the safety records. And if your speaking about scam i have send couple of mail so we can figure it out But still there is no replay from you for in 2 days so i decided to generate this dispute thread or post.

Neru sends payment, Inputable says he needs time.
Inputable still doesn't give info, Neru contacts him on paypal.
Inputable replies on paypal saying he mailed the login info?
Then inputable gives Neru login info, Neru claims it doesnt work.
Neru creates dispute.

No proof has been posted showing inputable16 helped neerudada to change any of the security info. Even if the login was correct, neerudada would not have been able to secure the account. inputable16 if you can't access it, contact Google to recover it.

Paypal dispute MUST be closed to show a willing refund. If you wait for Paypal to decide, you will be banned.

First Off all let me apologize for my let Response Admin. There is Some Little Confusion over here. " Inputable still doesn't give info, Neru contacts him on paypa - " No its Not like that. After he was let for sending the details i contact him directly through mail for couple of time. But when he ask me to send additional 5$ because he has not receive amount (25$) which paypal did verified me that he have received the amount ( of 25 $ ) for safety and only for safe business purpose i have contact him through payapl. So he replied me on paypal - that you will receive your details at your postal address which means on my physical address where i live now. So i replied him that its a digital product you should send me details by digitally or online not to my physical or postal address. and after that he send me the details but he send wrong details ( because i was unable to login ). But ADMIN he Also admits that He have change the login details before by Replying ( on epicnpc post ) " I never got it, which is why I never sent the information. And Also Admin i have not got any refunds from Paypal if you want i can send details about it.

Okay let's make things clear. I sent the info, and I know it worked because I got an email saying someone had logged in from India that same day. Right after the info was sent, he filed a claim with PayPal. I think you guys should give more credit to the people selling stuff and look more into these topics. Obviously after I saw that happening and him filing that claim, I decided to not fully secure the account for him. Because all he wanted was to keep my account and the money. I'm willing to refund him the money, but thanks to him, that's no longer my decision since he sent everything to PayPal and they are the ones deciding.

Now Let Me clear Something. You are such a liar i was not login into your account because i have already told you have send me the wrong details. And if its then send me the proof of mail with the same date and same day with time. You Have send Me Wrong details on Tue, sep 27,2016 at 3.32 PM ( Indian Timing ) and within after Mins on Tue, sep 27,2016 at 3.35 PM ( Indian Timing ) ( also i have proof ) i replied as "the password is wrong". The thing is you just want to scam me take my money give me the fake credential or details and then blame as a spammer. if i wanted to scam then why i have created a dispute and requesting Admin For help. And about Paypal they know me and about my transaction reputation. I'm a premium user of paypal and only use this account for Transaction not for any dispute. So i'll take care about that. And Also don't try to teach epicnpc Admins for whom to give and to not give the credit they know well and they take care about this.

Look kid, I refunded the money. I don't care about $25 petty dollars. You obviously were trying to scam me but I don't care. There's your money. I am gonna ask you to remove my real name from this post because you're putting my personal information out there. And that's against the law. Maybe not in India but in the US it is. Look Again Your Pointing me at Scamming Part. This Is not about 25$ but its about Respect if your not able to sale your product as seller at time to buyer ( As i ) takes safe action to get a smooth buisness. In this Case i use Paypal message again this was not a dispute it's a system message to contact owner or seller directly on his privet or assisted mail, in this case we where mailing through [email protected] and mine one but from paypal i can contact through your privet mail ( which i don't to take ). And one advantage of paypal direct messege for buyer and as seller is they can track and moniter the behivor of both. Ok I do apologize For Your Name. I was not aware Of your Rule

inputable16 it is the seller's responsibility to make sure the buyer accesses and secures the account.


The question about the account is already resolved in terms of this dispute. inputable16, it doesn't matter if the login info worked or didn't, there is no proof you helped neerudada secure the account. This means you should be able to easily recover the account.


This dispute is only about the refund.

You are both showing conflicting proof. We will now only accept video evidence.
