What is the dispute about? User was supposed to sell me a overwatch account for 100$ I was waiting for the pending payment to go through from my bank account so I waited like a day then saw that it had finalized so that’s when I PM’D the person and I realized that they had blocked me. You can see my attempts to contact them in the screen shots.
Other details / notes: there was no thread transaction because they reached out to me on discord.
