Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Agreed to payment via paypal. Made payment. Buyer stalled for awhile while removing authenticator as well as providing supposed new email/pw. Upon receiving supposed account email and pw BNet app responded with incorrect username or password error message. Tried multiple times to no avail. Upon immediately letting seller know of problem, seller refused to respond and has yet to respond to any of my messages.
Other details / notes: I took extra precaution in detailing what the transaction was for in my Paypal notes and have already begun dispute filings with Paypal in attempt to get my money back. Gave seller every opportunity to make things right, still with no response.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, He had 100% positive feedback so I assumed it would be safe.
Have you traded with this person before? No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? One other, successfully sold my high end account. Still communicate with the buyer to this day and he's very happy with his purchase.

Would like to add this info as well. Decided to see if the email that was given to me was even a valid bnet account and this is what bnet said.

As you can see, not even a valid account. Therefore it's the sellers intention from the beginning was to scam me.

Just received a message that now he's giving me negative feedback and claims to have given me all the account information, id's etc. Not only did he give me bad account info but no ID's were ever sent! He wouldn't even send me screenshots of id's and bnet account info showing they matched when I asked for them and that's stated in skype plain as day.

Just contacted out of nowhere from someone claiming to be the owner of the account. I can't verify any truth to this persons claim, he stated he will make an account on here and post here and make himself available to be contacted by admins to verify his claims in showing that the seller was indeed not the owner of the account and that he is the actual owner thereby proving I was scammed.

In all honesty im not counting on this but it's worth a shot. Beginning of conversation is posted below, can provide the rest of the conversation if requested by admins.

Any reason why this hasn't gotten any response from admins? I've sat and watched people posting today that have already been assigned someone and gotten responses. I'm just surprised with the overwhelming evidence that I've provided I've gotten zero response. I'd greatly appreciate an admin to look into this scammer please.

EpicNPC Administrators are rarely online during the Weekend as 'doomedtofail explained. Super Moderators / Moderators also deal with a lot throughout the Forum on a daily basis with the Weekend being one of the busiest. It's not that your Thread was ignored as that's not how Members of Staff here at EpicNPC set out to do there work. Your Thread would of been missed due to Members of Staff chasing up other things on the Forums.

An Administrator will be with you shortly to help/address the issue.

Fake the guy is acting all innocent because he did get his money back and he took my account. He basically took 2 for one he was on the account. I have screenshots of when he was on it.
 
That chat shows him saying information was not good. you did not respond.
 
Thank you for proving that you're lying, I'm attaching the screenshot of my paypal showing that my $200.00 payment to you is currently in dispute, therefore I HAVE NOT received my money back as you so claim. Please provide whatever proof that you've obviously falsified showing me on the account. The email you gave me in skype isn't even linked to an active Battle.net account as I've proven with the screenshot. So once again you're lying about any accounts that I have from you.

As you can see in the image, the email you gave me to pay you is in coincides with the email you linked my in our skype conversation and as you can see it's currently in dispute, nothing has been refunded.

I'd also be happy to PM a moderator my skype info so they can login themselves and view the conversation and see that you stop responding to me after I told you the account info was bad/incorrect, and have yet to respond since. Obviously since the email you gave me wasn't even an active account, you had every intention of scamming me out of my $200.00

[email protected] - this is not his paypal appears he bought something from someone else with your money. This email goes to a dead site, but someone could be using paypal for other sites or forums.
