The summary of the whole issue is that I made payment to this seller to purchase TWO of his instagram accounts.
I made payment through PayPal.
After receiving my payment, he claimed that he DID NOT receive my money at all.
I was very confused and suspicious as this has never happened to any of my PayPal transactions before.
I contacted PayPal to ask them if the money has gone through. They told me the money was SUCCESSFULLY SENT and the seller has actually ACCEPTED the funds.
I questioned the seller and he continued to CLAIM that he DID NOT receive the money..He DID NOT provide me the instagram accounts which I paid for.

On 2.35am, 15 June 2016, I saw seller’s post on epicnpc, stating that he was selling instagram accounts.

As his post stated his Skype username HamzaAhmedNo, I messaged him on Skype.
He told me he was selling 3 instagram accounts which was username: Comedys , Comedyhamza and funnytexts_
I was interested in funnytexts_ and he told me for all transactions I'm required to pay only a deposit of 75%, after I access the account, I have to pay a remaining 25%.
I agreed to this as this seemed fair.
He told me to send the money his paypal account which was comedyhamza2(a)hotmail.com
I decided to wait a couple of days before deciding to purchase because I needed time to reconsider.
Throughout the whole conversation, he was kind of rude and impatient but since he was willing to show me a screenshot of his instagram profile funnytexts_ backend to proof that he is the owner of that account and he has access to it,​

I decided to contact him again to purchase funnytexts_ and his other account Comedyhamza
This time, he told me to send the money to his other paypal account which was ayhamza(a)outlook.com


After I made payment, I messaged him on Skype and sent a screenshot of my PayPal transaction reference to proof that I have sent.
To my horror, he told me he DID NOT receive the funds.
Honestly, I did not believe him because this has never happened to any of my PayPal transactions before and on my side, the money WAS SENT.
I decided to give him the benefit of doubt and actually called PayPal to clarify if he has actually received my money or was there an issue with my transaction.
The staff at PayPal assured me that my money was successfully sent.

I was so disappointed.
This seller even had the audacity to request for me to send the money again to his other paypal account which was GlowToxiqz(a)hotmail.com

I decided to block him. He did not give me the two accounts which I have paid for.
I do not wish to deal with him ever again, what a liar!

I have messages between the both of us to serve as visual evidence on my experience.
I really hope nobody encounters this awful seller. EVER.

GlowToxiqz has also scammed me trying to sell me Comedys. I have proof and his phone number as well. It's a little boy by the name of Hamza.
