Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I contacted GameManiac there a month to his account by saying that I could not pay all at once and I wanted to pay in installments. So I once paid € 100 and € 150 a time earlier this week and finally € 350 today. He told me that he will look if it was good tonight to make the trade. However it was connected 24/24 on skype it is now disconnected (he probably blocked me). I sent him a message on EpicNpc, it was connected and no answer.

Did he give you any access to account when you paid? has it been played at all?
 
No, i paid the last 350€ and he tell me" i will check later and we finish the trade when I'm home". 1-2 hours after disconected of skype. And no news now. So i never play on the account and have no log f the account.
 
I was just curious if he did the let you use the account until it was paid off as some will and you were just waiting on all information. but you are waiting for everything as you have got nothing
 
I ask him if I could have the account at the beginning and it gave me the scan ID / secret answer to the total payment. But he had not wanted to, he told me he was willing to wait two months while I have all the money

Oh nice. He got eveything. Then in few hours he refunded money in paypal. He filled form that this transactions made not he. Not somerhing lik he didnt get biught item or etc. But he wrote that no he made thia transactions. No i have issue with locked acc. And no money ... its frozen and i have minus.
Obviosly after that i dont even wanna contact with this person. It something wrong ban me. But i didnt scamm. If need i can send to prvt msg a paypal message to me. I wont put it here cuz there is private info

GameManiac you're saying that after he sent the 350 payment he disputed it? skiski can you confirm you disputed the payments?

I see in the chat you said you'll complete the trade later when you got back home. skiski why didnt you wait until he got back online to complete the trade?

Seems like a misunderstanding to me.

My suggestion is to refund the payments, then start the trade over if you still want to buy the account. OR complete the trade now then SkiSki will close the disputes. In this scenario, GameManiac keep one piece of info until the disputes are closed.

Please update once you guys resolve this.
 
Of course I opened a dispute on paypal, we not talking about the € 50 but 600€. Moreover paypal refused the dispute. I the account now? Prove it. Send all account information of the account to a moderator for finish the trade. I have wait EpicNpc, more than 8 hours ! He played on the account, he was connected here. But no answers, blocked me on skype (he was connected 24/24 7/7 during 3 weeks and now never connected ?). Seriously what is interest to open a dispute when I have the account ? He can refund the account easyly...

and you cannot post information for public display. any one can claim they provide information, you need to prove he got the information when you said you gave to him

I have hidden all the account information in above post theres no reason for that

You gave me the infos? Post a screen skype then? I can give my logs to a modo EpicNpc if he wants to check my skype conversations. I have nothing to hide. And you said that you have more access to the account? Just have to show the scan ID for refund the account. Seriously since earlier he puts stuff but no post screen nothing. It's easy to say I gave everything, etc ... Either you have all the account information as you support and so it will not be hard to give me everything and I go to the account or you lie That's all.
 
Well the information in the post i removed is not any good. I tried to reset password.

So either skiski changed the email and indeed got the account. Which has never been proven.

OR

GameManiac Never delivered account and info is wrong or he changed it OR it was recovered from him.

So it seems either GameManiac has to refund SkiSki and recover account or deliver account.

Some one here needs to prove something tho either way.

SkiSki add me on skype and we can screen share the skype logs and ill read so you do not have to post them all or post them all. Screenshots only. prinnymage is my skype

I can also contact blizzard from an eu ip address to find out what really happened. But account will be locked so I'd rather not do that.

I have read what appears to be all the chat logs i dont see gaps.

It basically goes

SkiSki makes deposit.
GameManiac Comfirms deposit.
they discuss more about account.
SkiSki makes second deposit
They discuss something with profesions and boosting.
SkiSki makes final payment and GameManiac removs them.

I don't see any proof that information was provided and the buyer confirming he received it and was able to log into the account.

GameManiac post a screenshot showing you gave him all login and account info and skiski confirming he was able to access the account. If you can't do that a ban will be issued in 24 hrs.
