Do you have any proof the account was recalled? Did you get any emails? Have you tried contacting Jagex support about this? If so, what did they say?

It appears he's the OO and gave you the original email for the account. Do you still have access to that email account?

Response from Finnish me : I have not touched the account, nor have I blocked him. I did remove him from my skype contacts though, since the list was getting quite full. If he were to contact me, I could be able to recover the account if he has lost it.

No i don't have access to that email account at all and i have not contacted Jagex support about this at all also didn't get any emails about an email change or password change, i rather have a refund from the owner via Paypal.

Broken have you tried contacting Finnish to recover the account? He said he would help you if you contacted him.

I sent a skype request to him but he didn't accept it, i believe he declined it and here's the Skype Chat

I clicked forget password and thats the what happen when i don't know the password, so i got declined.

This only proves there is a RS account that is using that email. We don't know if that's your RS account or a new account.

Finnishme has been email notified. please provide that info the xBrokenTouch so he can attempt another appeal.

We don't want 2 people opening support tickets trying to reclaim the same account. Please provide xBrokenTouch with the info since he already has a ticket in progress.
 
It's undrestandable that xBrokenTouch might want a refund, however at this time, we will not require a refund.

First we want to fully recover the account, so xBrokenTouch please accept Finnishme's help and send in the info that Jagex is requesting. Once you have the account back, please send me the images from support showing what happened to the account. Based on that, we will decide whether or not a refund should be required.

Please update once the account has been recovered.
 
There is no update, I just want a refund, im not gonna bother trying to do another appeal to Jagex cause i know i will get declined, since i don't know all the information.

So basically you just recovered it back without telling me so therefore i want my money back plus you know all the information to the account to get it back.
 
No refund will be given until the account is recovered by either you or Finnish Me.

Since you don't want to recover it, Finnish Me please open a support ticket and recover the account. Once you have it, please send me the support ticket showing what happened.

Thank you. I can confirm the email is linked to the RS account [HIDE=21]Raggis*[/HIDE] however I can't confirm this is the account you purchased from him.

Please post a screenshot of the chat when you originally purchased the account showing the login username he gave you.

Once that's provided, a full refund will be required by Finnish Me.

Finnish Me's upgrades have been removed and a warning has been added until his is resolved.
 
Thank you. It's been confirmed that the account purchased is the same one as being reported here. The email has been changed back to the original email which belongs to FinishMe. Full refund is owned.

Finishme was online today but didn't reply. Ban in 48 hrs if a refund is not given.
 
Finnish Me was online again today and still no reply.

Proof has been provided showing Finnish Me has the account back but failed to issue a refund. Finnish Me has been banned.
