paid for his account with paypal he then recovered the account a few hours later I then disputed with paypal still going through that and then left me negative feedback saying I scammed him I have paypal dispute as proof

Post screenshot of payment details page, make sure email is visible, when the payment was received and when it was disputed.

What did you sell him? are you the OO? How do I know you didn't steal the account back which is why he disputed the payment? Do you have the account back now?
