I did 2 lvl boost services, and I didn't receive my money

To be brief, this person contacted me to do 2 lvl boost services (70-80) and (1-80), one paid me and another paid me 50% ahead of time via Paypal FF.
During the service, one was done without any problem and the longest (1-80) was delayed due to personal problems, but reaching an agreement with the buyer.
Recently, I had a problem with my paypal account and I had to refund my funds to this guy, I explained to him and this person agreed and told me that he would send me the money once it landed in his bank account.
At the end of his service, this person simply deleted me from discord.
