Scammed by dion6547 and got false feedback.

This guy just put a feedback with all the bad intentions.
I attach the tests where I did the 70-80 service and it was done on time.

What is the problem now?
A few weeks ago Paypal permanently limited my account.
I informed this person and I refunded his payments in parts that were 3 payments, all with the favor of sending them to a new Paypal account since it was either reimburse or wait 6 months, unfortunately in my country they do not accept Paypal bank accounts.
He told me that I had to wait days for those funds to arrive in his bank account, but as the days passed, he blocked me from Discord.
I place images where HE SENDS ME CAPS OF HIS PAYPAL with the funds refunded.

This person claims me for services that I did on time and that in any case, if not, he always agreed that the service ended and that he had no problems, if he had had any problems, his funds would have been returned from the beginning, but simply decided to steal.

Show the conversations then, I can gladly show the part where YOU AGREE to continue with the service despite that detail
You should also show the number of times you log in to your account right?
Why were there many?
Come on, prove that he was "level 40"
Conveniently, as you will see in the first cap, He deleted all his discord chat, he will not show anything.
Which owes nothing fears nothing.

Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.

This guy only refers to a 25-80 rogue that if it's completed over 15-20 days it was done over a month a half not 2 months I have no proof of it as he quickly got me out of his accounts but his service was completed.

In the firsts images you can see how your 70-80 pally service was delivered on time.
Your second service was also completed with your consent, all of that is in the images I have already uploaded.
In the first image you can also see how he deleted all his discord chat.
What more proof do you need?
He complains about a service of "2 months" but I assure you that he will not show any proof because it is his word against mine, the proofs speak for themselves.
It doesn't suit him either, he even lies saying that his rogue started from level 40 ._.
The payments of $30 refer to the first service of pally 70-80 and the $50 to the 25-80 (50% of the payment).
He assured me to return all the payments at the moment that my account was permanently limited.
He blocked me as soon as I finished his last service.

I have to show more proof about it will you guys still ignore me again?
I have been giving my services for years, all without any kind of inconvenience, it is not fair that they do not ban him and incidentally have bad feedback from him.

We don't investigate non-TG feedback disputes.

As long as payment proof/proof of transaction/service are provided the feedback will remain unless you can both resolve on your own.

Well then there are my payment receipts and images of the service done.
His feedback is worthless, it does not seem fair to me that you have removed my feedback when I am showing evidence, he is not going to show anything, even if they are discord evidence, you should take them into account to ban him, I don't feel that this guy is still here, he even deleted his discord chat :/

Here I have nothing to solve, this guy cheated me of money, and I have shown him all my evidence while this guy has barely spoken, what he is going to do is simply create new accounts and post false feedback, my evidence does not they don't even take 5 minutes to realize how things are.
Disappointed with this page.

As we previously stated, we don't review non-TG disputes.

Payment proof was provided, showing service was performed.

Feedback is only removed if service wasn't provided.

Explain to me then, why it can't be that they can't do anything about it.
