What is the dispute about?
ddd11wow claimed to be selling two accounts on the german wow classic server Everlook (now Ewige Warte). The accounts were two level 60 priests. I contacted him on the epicnpc chat and he told me to e-mail him if I want to buy the accounts. I did.
He then sent me his banking information and I sent him 80€. When he did not provide account information as he beforehand said he would, I got worried and messaged him via E-Mail telling him to hand over the info now or I would report him on epicnpc as a scammer and file a legal dispute against him with the local, german authorities. Then, he probably got scared or thought this is something that would work, he sent me some fake login info via epicnpc chat, probably thinking this would save him from a ban here.

After confronting him that account information is fake he just stopped responding.
Please have a look and take appropriate action to save other users from being harmed by this scammer. Also, please don't fall for the "i provided him all info then he changed it and now he claims im a scammer" thing that will come 100% from him. Only reason he posted the fake account info.
