Offered my $825 for my account that I had posted

Went through a whole conversation which resulted in me giving him my account information with a deadline of 1hr to send me payment. No payment and no more emails have been exchanged.

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: User messaged me over email and offered me $825.00 for my account. Then told me he was concerned about the potential of him being scammed so I offered to go first and give him my account information. I wasn't really as concerned because I could always contact Riot to recovery the account. I told him I wanted payment within an hour of me giving him my account and its been almost two. I have received no replies to my emails aswell.
